You are required to clear area of rocks, branches, pet waste or any sharp objects (prior to delivery of equipment). Keep all items away from powerlines, tree branches, overhead obstructions, fences, bushes, etc. If you have a concern, please call us Immediately.
If you are at a park or forest preserve location you will need a permit and might need a certificate of insurance or a generator, it can be added to your rental. Please view our "Other Misc." to order. If your event is not in your backyard or your property, it is your responsibility to acquire any permits needed for your event.
For items being delivered it must be at ground level within 100 feet of curbside.

We inspect, clean and sanitize our jumpers after each rental. We pride ourselves in providing you with the cleanest jumpers.

If you have a standard electrical outlet within 40 feet of the setup area, a generator is not needed. However, if there is no power, we can provide a generator to run the blower for the Bounce Houses. Please check our rates.

Yes, but you will need a permit from the city or municipality to hold your event, you must check their requirements. If they require to be added as additionally insured, it can be done for an additional fee.

The safest is a grassy leveled area, but we can setup on any level surface. There is an additional fee for setting up concrete or asphalt. Any area must be level. We will set minimum damage to your grass or sod; however, we are not responsible for any damage, your grass will spring back to normal within a day.
Hoop Chicago will not be held responsible for underground obstacles when staking down Bounce House. Please consider obstacles when choosing a location for setup. We do NOT set up on rocks, sand, dirt or gravel.
