Rental & Payment FAQ

  • The rental rate is $300 for 3hours. Each additional hour is $100. Kindly consult the pricing page for accurate pricing information.

  • The basic rental package includes our custom-built mobile arcade featuring four basketball games.

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and online payment methods. We will also accept cash or a check. Specific details will be provided during the booking process.

  • Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The other 50% is due within 2 days of your event.

  • Our cancellation policy will be detailed in your booking confirmation. Generally, cancellations made within a certain period prior to the event may incur a surrender of your deposit.

Setup & Delivery FAQ

  • Yes, we deliver the trailer anywhere you'd like. The charge is $2 per mile.

  • Yes, our mobile arcade can be set up both indoors and outdoors, provided there is enough space and access for the trailer.

  • The space required will depend on the venue layout. We recommend an area that can comfortably accommodate the trailer and allow for safe game play. The trailer is 10’ tall, 8.5’ wide and 18’ long.

  • Our staff is present at all times to ensure that no vandalism occurs regarding the trailer. They do not interfere with your event; rather, they are there to monitor and address any questions or concerns you may have. Additionally, our team engages with your guests to guarantee they receive the best experience possible with Hoop Chicago.

  • Yes, but you will need a permit from the city or municipality to hold your event, you must check their requirements. If they require to be added as additionally insured, it can be done for an additional fee.

  • If you have a standard electrical outlet within 40 feet of the setup area, a generator is not needed. However, if there is no power, we can provide a generator please check our rates.

  • Hoop will be there rain or shine! If it does rain, the big doors where your guests play are shielded from getting wet! If you would like to reschedule though we can look at our calendar and work with you to find a date that works.

Miscellaneous FAQ

  • Our arcade games are suitable for all ages, but we recommend adult supervision for younger children to ensure safety. We found 6 years and up is the sweet spot.

  • We do! We are officially “Patent Pending” and have filed with the USPTO agency. Our design patent keeps our idea safe from others encroaching and stealing it but also allows us to operate safely in this space.
